svip2 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on svip2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. svip2 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years old in accordance with our responsible gaming commitments. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity. Registrations on behalf of another person, a business entity, or a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly restricted under local legislation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through svip2 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of svip2 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false identity details is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the svip2 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. svip2 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across them.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. This information is collected and processed in accordance with the svip2 Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any action taken through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that action. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact svip2 support immediately via live chat.

svip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, technical exploitation, or any other breach of these Terms, without obligation to provide prior notice.

All Account transactions on svip2 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied between your deposit and your playable Balance. svip2 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status; current limits are displayed within the Account cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) banking hours. Requests submitted outside of standard bank processing windows may take longer, depending on the payment provider's schedule.

svip2 applies a strict same-name policy: the name on your svip2 Account must match the name registered on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from third-party accounts will be declined and returned. Any breach of this policy may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

svip2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which remain your responsibility. svip2 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

svip2 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page and to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following default bonus conditions apply to all svip2 promotional offers:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, IP address, and device. Creating additional accounts to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot titles typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.80 contribute 100%. Specific game exclusions may apply and are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are wagered first. Bonus Funds are wagered only after the Real Money Balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• svip2 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the Platform. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.

svip2 offers a range of gaming products including slot machines, live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), sportsbook betting (including mix parlay — multi-leg accumulator — markets), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw betting, and other games as listed in the Platform's game lobby. Each game category and individual game title is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page.

All svip2 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not represent a guarantee of returns on any individual session.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's screen and the records held on svip2's servers, the server-side record is considered definitive. svip2 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of network interruptions, software errors on the Player's device, or other technical failures outside our direct control.

svip2 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, erroneous odds, misconfigured game settings, or any other system fault on our part. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. No additional compensation is payable in connection with voided bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the svip2 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Collusion between Players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in a manner not sanctioned by svip2.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any suspected technical error must be reported to support immediately. Continued exploitation after discovery is treated as deliberate fraud.
• Placing bets with the intention of circumventing withdrawal restrictions by systematically reverse-wagering or otherwise manipulating balance mechanics.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obfuscating your true geographic location.
• Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about svip2, its staff, or its games on any public forum.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of svip2.

Game content, including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, is licensed to svip2 by the respective studio and remains the intellectual property of that studio. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits svip2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. svip2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and network connections are adequately secured.

svip2 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, identification documents, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. svip2 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

svip2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, svip2 will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the svip2 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms was published.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal operating policies of svip2. The Platform primarily serves players located in Indonesia, and all financial transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and svip2 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the operation of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the svip2 customer support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of being raised, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

svip2 does not make any representation that the Platform is legal or available for use in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction.
